Do you have minimum fulfillment level requirements?
Here at Fulfillment Logistics we do not have minimum fulfillment levels. This means that your business is never too small to benefit from the exacting standards and exemplary accuracy our services offer.
Do you have long term contracts?
We also do not tie you in to a long-term contract.
What is your accuracy rate?
Our accuracy rate is one of the highest in the fulfillment industry. To date, we have not yet failed to exceed 99% accuracy in any week – a fact that we are truly proud of and continually strive to ensure it remains true.
Will my customers orders be fulfilled the same day?
Orders are fulfilled within one business day of receipt*. For expedited orders that are received by 3:30pm GMT, Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays), they are guaranteed to be fulfilled the same day*. *Subject to stock availability.
How do I calculate my storage requirements and fees?
Do you have long term storage fees?
No, we do not charge a surcharge or higher fees for long-term storage. No matter how long our clients’ goods remain in our warehouse, the rate they are charged for inventory storage remains the same. Subject to standard price increases.
Who do you use to ship products?
Here at Fulfillment Logistics our couriers of choice are Royal Mail and DPD. The services they offer include Royal Mail First Class Mail, Second Class, International Signed For, Recorded Delivery, DPD next day delivery.
Do you offer tracking of our customers’ orders?
Orders sent via DPD or a Royal Mail Tracked service (domestic or international) provide tracking numbers. We can send these tracking numbers to your customers, automatically, via emails that you can customise.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world from our fulfillment facility, via Royal Mail’s international service offerings.
